This year's DM Review 100 features the best organizations that provide the strategic solutions for business intelligence, analytics and data warehousing. The companies making the DM Review 100 list were identified by the readers of DM Review in their annual readership survey, which was conducted by The Gantry Group. Survey participants were presented with a questionnaire that examined more than 270 vendors in eleven product categories. The participants were asked to rate each vendor that provided products in use in their organizations, using a four-point scale ranging from excellent to poor in their specific product categories and again on overall expertise, service and support.

The DM Review 100 consists of the 100 vendors that received the highest total score based on the survey responses. This total score consists of three equally weighted metrics: product quality, market share and customer satisfaction.
