He has bachelor of science degrees in physics and electrical engineering, a master's degree in industrial engineering, and has completed graduate work toward a Ph.D. in operations research. He is also an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, having completed the Owner President Management program in 2000.

Previously, Ed served as the Chief Financial Officer for Visiontek, L.L.C., and also worked for Comark, Fel-Pro, Coopers and Lybrand, and Ernst and Whinney. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.

Previously, Ramon served as the Business Leader for probityONE, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Infogix, and also worked on new media technology projects for organizations including 3COM and Visa. Ramon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in communications from Michigan State University.

Marcus earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the Ohio State University. He is also a Certified Information Security Manager and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
