Training Policies
Payment Policy
The following payment policies apply for Naperville Education Center and on-site training:
- Naperville Education Center Training: You must pay for your training by credit card at the time of registration. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact us at +1.630.505.1890 or support@infogix.com.
- On-Site Training: You will receive an invoice after the conclusion of the training that includes the training fees and instructor expenses.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 10 business days of a course, you may apply the registration fee to any subsequent course that takes place within the following 12 months. Infogix reserves the right to cancel a course 10 business days before the start of a course. In the event that we cancel a course, no charges will apply.
